<br> to prepare the price of the goods
The head of the office shall disclose the details and value of the goods and merchandise in his office whether purchased or not, or transferred in any way, or received through material assistance or any other form, in the open goods book, and shall keep it updated within seven days. br>
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the charge of preparing the inventory and taking charge of the goods according to the inventory shall be that of the accumulation officer, warehouse officer or warehouse assistant under the supervision of the head of the office. In the office where there is no achievement accumulation officer, warehouse officer or warehouse assistant, such responsibility will be assigned by the head of the office.
(3) In the case of technical goods to be used in technical work, when preparing the invoice according to sub-rule (1), the technical staff of the concerned office shall verify the condition in which such goods were received. (4) In the event that the price of the old goods in the office cannot be disclosed due to some reason, the committee consisting of the representative of the relevant Treasury and Accounts Controller Office and the technical staff appointed by the relevant chief district officer under the chairmanship of the head of the office shall maintain the price after considering the condition of such goods and the current market price. .
